Do I need my own Wise account?
Yes. You connect your own Wise business account to pay your team. We don't hold or move funds — every payment goes from your Wise balance directly to your team member's bank account.
What is Wise and how does it work with hiretalent.ph?
Wise (formerly TransferWise) is a payment platform with low fees and real exchange rates. We integrate directly with Wise so you can pay your whole team in one click — no manual wire transfers or bank visits.
What are the fees for sending payments?
We don't charge any additional fees for payments. You only pay Wise's standard transfer fees, which are typically 0.5–1% depending on the destination currency — much lower than traditional bank wires.
Which currencies can I send payments in?
You can fund payments from any currency Wise supports — USD, PHP, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, and more. Wise converts to PHP at the mid-market rate before it lands in your team member's Philippine bank account. Most of our employers send from USD since that's what their business operates in, but plenty pay directly from PHP or another currency they hold.
Can I pay multiple employees at once?
Yes. Batch payments let you pay your entire team with a single click. Select the employees you want to pay, review the amounts, and submit — all payments go out together.
