What is a manage seat?
A manage seat is a slot for one employee/contractor you want to manage through our platform. It includes time tracking, payments, compliance tools, and daily recaps for that person. Free accounts can add seats at $19/month each.
What can I do on the Free plan?
The Free plan lets you search our entire talent directory, view profiles and certifications, bookmark up to 10 candidates, and post jobs at $48 each. You only pay when you need to manage team members ($19/seat/month).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. For enterprise plans, we also offer invoice-based billing.
Do you charge fees for paying contractors?
No, we don't add any fees on top of payments. You pay the standard Wise transfer fees, which are typically much lower than traditional international wire transfers.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
